Arbor Trace is an ultra-exclusive gated community for seniors aged 55 and over that sits on Vanderbilt Drive, about 2 miles south of Bonita Beach in Florida. It enjoys around 72 acres of prime real estate and is still one of the fastest growing developments in Florida for seniors.

It’s currently a large box shape with properties around the edge, with a large lake in the middle. One side is dominated by a mid-rise condominium, Tower Pointe, which has lots available to buy.

It’s a delightful, close-knit community that suits retired living. It’s far enough from the city to be quiet, but close enough that getting around is easy. The community enjoys 24/7 nursing and emergency response care, fine dining, housekeeping, laundry service, maintenance, transportation, and a full schedule of planned activities in the clubhouse.

The clubhouse is 5,000 square feet with a hairdresser, beauty salon, library, leisure center, card room, lounges, exercise room, media room and an on-site health center.

Arbor Trace personifies active living for seniors and encourages as much interaction with neighbors as possible. For the more active residents, there is an outdoor heated pool and spa, putting green, shuffleboard courts, picnic areas, walks, cycling, bird watching and lifelong learning opportunities.
